What is a setup fee?
A setup fee is a charge to create the screen, die, or plate needed to imprint your items. This charge only applies to first time orders and may be waived or reduced on exact reorders.
How do I submit my artwork?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This email will include a link and instructions on how to send us your artwork and logo files. Art may also be emailed to: email@example.com. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line for faster processing. Any delays in submitting your artwork may cause delays in production time.
What format should my art be in?
Vector Formats (preferred): .EPS, .AI, .PDF
Additional Formats: .PSD, .JPG, .GIF, .TIFF
Resolution: 300 dpi and higher is preferred
Can I see a physical sample of the item before placing the full order?
We offer samples on many of our items to all of our customers. Simply click the “Order Sample” button located on each product page below the product image. This is a limit to 3 samples per customer. Samples are usually shipped out in about 1-2 business days (are shipped via UPS or US Mail) and are shipped with RANDOM imprints. Shipping fees may apply. Management reserves the right to approve or reject sample requests.

I need my items ASAP! Do you offer rush services?
We offer rush production options on many of our items. Rush fees and services vary depending on the product, quantity, and imprint method. You may upgrade to rush service and expedited shipping in the check-out process.
What is an in hands date?
If you have an event you need the order for, please specify the latest possible date you can accept the order by in the “Required Delivery Date” field. If there is an issue with your Required Delivery Date, you will receive an email notification. Production times are not guaranteed unless you notify us of a required delivery date.
Do you ship overseas/outside of the USA?
We ship within the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not ship overseas, but we can ship to any shipping company or freight forwarder within the USA. Note: Free shipping items apply only to the contiguous USA. How do I place a reorder?
-No Changes to Artwork or Flavors-
Our online ordering system is unable to recognize reorders. To place an exact reorder and receive a waived or reduced set-up fee on, contact us at 877-564-6794 or email email@example.com.
-Changes to Artwork or Flavors-
If your re-order includes art changes, setup fees will apply once again. Reorders with Flavor changes will incur a charge of $20.00.
Coupons, Sales & Promotions
How do I find our about current sales and promotions?
With Logos constantly offers new deals and promotions! The best way to stay up to date on our latest sales and receive coupons via email is to sign up for our newsletter. This can be done from the home page.
Can I use my coupon on anything?
You may use your coupon or discount on almost any of our 5,000+ products! The only exceptions apply to One Color Lip balms, Sani-Mist Pocket Sprayers, and blank orders. Because of the extremely low prices on these items not further discount is applicable. Coupons cannot be applied to an order already placed, and terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
**If a coupon code is not working at check out please call us before placing your order. Refunds will not be issued for the unused coupon code.
Due to the highly customized nature of our products, once production has begun on you order, it can no longer be cancelled or returned. If the order is cancelled a cancellation fee amounting to the setup of the item(s) will apply as well as a restocking fee when applicable.
If there is a problem with the order because of an error on our end, please contact the Customer Service department within 10 days of delivery, and email a photo of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please specify your order number and one of our representatives will be in touch as soon as possible.
Any improper disputes will result in a $25.00 charge-back fee.
Due to the nature of production and manufacturing standards, overruns and under runs may occur within a 5%-10% range. Therefore, the buyer may receive an overage or shortage on some orders. WithLogos will produce orders as close to the exact quantity requested as possible, but this is not always attainable due to quality control efforts and fast running machines. WithLogos reserves the right to ship and subsequently bill or credit, the buyer's charge card or account, for up to 10% over or under the desired quantity.
If the buyer requires a specific quantity, WithLogoss strongly encourages ordering 10% more than the target quantity. The buyer will only be charged for the quantity shipped. The buyer will not be charged for products that are not received.

There's no personally identifiable information collected from you if you visit our website and don't place an order. We do, however, store the zip code where your computer or device is located and remember searches you've done while surfing our website. Once you close the browser, all of that information will disappear since it isn't stored long term. Please note: we still have access to your IP address, which you can read more about below.
